a. Company Profile
JPN Consulting is a local company (Indonesia), established in December 1999. Initially when the company was established was to provide Financial and IT Consulting. Some of the major projects were IT Security Policy and Audit Framework for a large and listed Bank in Indonesia and also acted as Senior Advisor for 2 (two) years for an Automotive and Financial Group of companies. The company also provides financial services such as due diligence, special audit, accounting, system & procedures and tax services.
In 2003, the company expanded to Direct Marketing Division by having Clearance Department and then in 2005, the company established its Credit Card Agency Department. In 2006, the company established a new Division which is Resources Division, the Division supplies Human Resources and Financial Services. We have contract with one of the biggest Foreign Bank in the top 500 Forbes. We also have contract with one Foreign Bank as Credit Card Agency, two Telecommunication Company and five Manufacturers as their Marketing Agency.
Currently, we have more than 500 people on our payroll with more than 20 full time Professional employees.

d. Experiences of Management Team
Jono Koesmo is a holder of a Master Degree from Westminster University, London, United Kingdom specializing in Manpower Studies and also a Fellowship Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in UK and Wales. He was admitted to the membership since 1991.
He had more than 20 years of experiences mostly in Banking and Insurance Industry. He worked as an Independent Consultant for the last 7 years. His vast experiences in Financial Industry no doubt give JPN Consulting an advantage edge to establish businesses in financial circle from all the 3 (three) divisions; Consultant, Direct Marketing and Resources.
He is the founder of JPN Consulting.
Jeffri Pawel had more than 18 years of experiences in Direct Marketing. He is the CEO and founder of JDL International Group in Singapore.

Currently, we have three main businesses which are:
- Consulting Division ( Financial Services and IT Consulting)
- Direct Marketing Division ( Credit Card Department, Clearance and Advertising)
- Resources (Human Resources and Financial Services)
f. Existing Distribution
Currently, our main coverage of businesses in Indonesia concentrated mostly in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Depok and Bekasi. Outside Jakarta, we have also businesses from Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Bali and Medan.
JDL International itself has businesses in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Johor Baru), Singapore and Brunei.
g. Distribution Plan
Our Plan in Indonesia is to expand further to other cities such as Palembang, Pekanbaru, Batam, Pontianak, Lampung, Padang, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Makassar, Menado, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, Solo, Jogyakarta, Malang and Lombok. |
